At SkyLuxFares, we work hard to secure the best available fares for our clients. Because we deal in consolidator and negotiated airfare, refund eligibility is largely determined by the airline and the fare rules associated with your specific ticket. This policy explains what you can expect.
2. Airline Refund Rules
Every ticket is subject to the airline's fare conditions, which are communicated to you before purchase. Common fare categories include:
- Fully Refundable Fares: Eligible for a full refund to the original payment method, subject to the airline's processing timeline (typically 7–21 business days).
- Partially Refundable Fares: May be refunded minus airline-imposed cancellation penalties. Your specialist will advise on the exact deduction before cancellation is processed.
- Non-Refundable Fares: These tickets cannot be refunded. In some cases, the airline may issue a travel credit for future use.
3. SkyLuxFares Service Fees
Our service and consultation fees are non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed and ticketed. This covers the work performed by our specialists in sourcing, negotiating, and securing your fare.
If a booking was not completed due to an error on our part, service fees will be reviewed and refunded accordingly.

Please have your booking reference number ready. Refund requests must be submitted within the timeframe specified in your fare rules.
5. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved by the airline and processed by our team:
- Credit/debit card refunds: 7–21 business days
- Bank transfer refunds: 5–10 business days
- Travel credits issued by the airline: per the airline's own timeline
SkyLuxFares is not responsible for delays caused by airlines or financial institutions during refund processing.
6. Schedule Changes & Cancellations by Airlines
If an airline significantly changes or cancels your flight, you are generally entitled to a full refund regardless of the fare type. SkyLuxFares will assist you in filing the claim and processing the refund with the airline on your behalf.
7. No-Show Policy
Failure to board your flight without prior cancellation (a "no-show") typically results in forfeiture of the full ticket value. We strongly recommend contacting us as early as possible if your plans change.
