SkyLuxFares is a flight consultancy service that connects travelers with exclusive consolidator fares for Business Class, First Class, and Premium Economy travel. We act as an intermediary between travelers and airlines/consolidators. We do not operate as an airline or direct ticket issuer.
3. Quote Requests & No Purchase Obligation
Submitting a quote request form on our website does not constitute a purchase or booking. Our specialists will contact you with available fare options. You are under no obligation to purchase. Quoted fares are subject to availability and may change before confirmation.
4. Fare Accuracy
All fares displayed on our website are indicative and based on recent consolidator pricing. Actual fares are confirmed at the time of booking and may differ. SkyLuxFares is not responsible for fare discrepancies between displayed estimates and final confirmed prices.
5. Booking & Payment
Once a fare is confirmed and accepted by the traveler, payment is required to secure the booking. Payment terms, accepted methods, and processing fees will be communicated by your assigned flight specialist. All transactions are processed securely.
6. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation and change policies vary by airline, fare type, and ticket class. Your specialist will clearly communicate the applicable fare rules before purchase. SkyLuxFares service fees may be non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when submitting inquiries. You are responsible for ensuring your travel documents (passports, visas, etc.) are valid for your intended journey. SkyLuxFares is not responsible for denied boarding due to invalid documentation.
8. Limitation of Liability
SkyLuxFares shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to flight delays, cancellations by airlines, or changes in fare availability. Our maximum liability to any customer shall not exceed the service fees paid to us.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of SkyLuxFares and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
